Wear Liverano, become a ninja

Liverano jackets are like ninjas.  They hide out in plain sight until, boom, one day it hits you how incredible they are.

All of the shaping that you see in their jackets is created by a single underarm angled seam.  Think of how much cutting expertise and iron work it takes to still achieve a generous waist suppression.  Most jackets that you see achieve this shaping through 3 different cuts - a front dart (that sometimes runs the entire length of the jacket), a separate side body, and an underarm dart.  Liverano can achieve his shape through a single angled seam which usually isn’t even visible when the wearers arms are to the side.  Removing the front dart also allows the jacket to be perfectly clean, great for any jackets with repeating patterns.

Combine this with a super tight collar, a curling lapel roll which is mirrored on the bottom quarters of the jacket, a generous but clean sleevehead, and a tapered sleeve and you have one of the most interesting jacket silhouettes out there.

I also appreciate the fact that Liverano cuts jetted or patch pockets almost exclusively.  Lately, I find myself tucking the flaps in on almost all of my Fisher Price jackets.
